Things To Remember
- Clean and appropriate shoes/ clothing should be worn
- Bring a towel and drink bottle
- Towels available for hire - $4 from the office
- Memberships are non refundable and non transferable
- Please advise ASAP if you can't make an appointment
- For safety reasons children are not permitted to play on gym equipment
- Entry cards are to be used by the owner of the card and not shared with others
- We have qualified personal trainers to teach you how to exercise properly. If you are unsure how to do something please ask.
